the fair payouts were noticeable right away, which was a refreshing change. hitting decent wins on Cloud Quest showed the reliability i had hoped for. unfortunately, customer support was disappointing and left me waiting way too long for simple answers. overall, i’d give it a 7/10 for fair games but lacking in service.
