got pretty frustrated with my experiance here lately. customer service is absolutley terrible and they take forever to respond to simple questions. they do have lots of deals which is nice but the support ruins everything. tried playing Double Diamond slots and had issues with the game freezing. deposited using Przelewy24 which worked fine but when i needed help with a bonus problem nobody could assist me properly. the Hotline Casino RTP seems decent on most games but the poor customer service makes it hard to enjoy. been waiting three days now for a response to my withdrwal question. definitly not impressed with how they handle player concerns at all.
