Gaming was supposed to be the highlight here, and initially, it was. but when searching for the best slots, things didn’t go as smoothly as expected. while Betsoft delivered with their games, the unresponsive user feedback system really took away from the overall experience. it’s a shame, because helpful support was available, but that only goes so far when you can’t get other issues resolved.
