After some research, I found out the wagering requirements are actually pretty reasonable (yay). But the customer service? Not so great. I tried to reach out multiple times, and it was always slow responses or none at all (ugh). Casino X payout process was decent, and I didn’t have to worry too much about the conditions, but the customer service made it way more frustrating than it needed to be. Blueprint Gaming titles were fun, though, so that’s a plus. In the end, if you’re patient enough with the support team, it’s not too bad, but it could be much better.
