jackbit has screwed me multiple times. there is a glitch where they steal money from customers. i have placed 3 bets this month and all were graded correctly, shown as a win, but no winnings paid. it is incredibly deceiving if you place a lot of bets and they hope you won’t notice they only refunded your money and gave no winnings. their support is non existent. when you contact them and wait forever to talk to anyone, they say they will forward your message to the relevant team. ai could literally replace them, they offer no help. support rarely responds. i am currently waiting on 18+ litecoin this site has stolen from me by not paying my winnings. they need more real time support if they are going to offer large wagers and they need to cater to their customer better. i would warn any new user to be wary of their betting and payout process to credit wins to your account. they do pay out when you request, but the site is riddled with bugs and i think is designed to cheat the user. if they ever improve i will update.
