Tested this hypothesis by contacting support at different times throughout the week and found their customer service hours are completely inconsistent – sometimes they’re available, sometimes not, with no clear pattern. Anakatech provides most of their games. The selection works fine. Payment declined at Winorama happened twice during my testing period which was frustrating but got resolved eventually through their banking team who were helpful when they were actually online. Simple interface definitely wins points. Customer service inconsistency loses them though. My findings suggest that while the platform itself is user-friendly and straightforward to navigate, the support infrastructure needs serious improvement to match the quality of their gaming experience which is otherwise quite solid for what they offer.
