Rewards are big here, but the customer support left a lot to be desired. Bitvegas rewards come in generous amounts, which is great, but trying to get help with any issues? That’s where things fall short. I used Visa for my withdrawal, and it went smoothly, but the lack of quality support really hurt the overall experience. It’s frustrating when you’re enjoying the big bonuses but can’t get the help you need when something goes wrong. They really need to up their game in the support department.
