Tried my luck at some poker last weekend and let me tell you about the payout system that’s supposedly “lightning fast” but moves at the speed of a turtle with a broken leg. Easy game rules were actually helpful since I didn’t have to waste time figuring out how to play while losing my money. The mobile site was so poorly optimized that I thought my phone had traveled back to 2005 when flip phones were still cool. Gave it another shot on my tablet thinking maybe it was just my phone, but apparently their developers have never heard of responsive design or testing on actual devices that people use in this century. Their customer service team deserves an award for being the most creative with excuses about why features don’t work properly while simultaneously making you feel like it’s somehow your fault for expecting a functional website in 2023. Bitvegas payout system needs serious improvement.
