To be fair, I’ve had a pretty solid experience here…but let’s just say, not everything has been perfect. On one hand, the customer support was helpful, but the live chat? Not so much – it felt a bit like talking to a wall! I had a great time playing Power Prizes: Noble Peacock, though, and it’s clear the slot selection is well-thought-out. Mastercard was my deposit method, and it worked fine. All in all, CasinoJAX pending some improvements, especially in the live chat department, still has a lot to offer.
