why do reviews complaints keep coming up for this one? i guess it’s because while the wagering requirements are decent enough, their problem gambling support doesn’t seem very helpful at all. klarna works well for withdrawals, and Fantasma offers some nice games, but the overall experience feels like they need to prioritize their support services more. i’d say it’s okay, but there’s room for improvement.
