Really hoping this would be different but I’m pretty disappointed with my experience so far. The WCasino payout speed is just not what they advertise and it’s frustrating waiting around for withdrawals. Terrible. Their fair gaming policies seem legitimate which I appreciate, but the chat features are completely inadequate when you need help. Disappointing. I deposited with Bitcoin which worked fine, but that doesn’t make up for the other issues. Slow. The support team barely responds and when they do it’s not helpful at all. Annoying. I keep hoping they’ll improve their customer service and speed up their processes. Hopefully. Maybe in the future they’ll get their act together and fix these basic problems. Doubtful. For now I’m looking elsewhere for a better experience.
