the low-quality customer support here is just terrible and really ruins what could be a decent experience. Disappointing. the straightforward bonus rules are actually pretty nice though and make things clear from the start. Frustrating. when i finally got some scratch card wins at Swanky Bingo it felt great but getting help was impossible. Annoying. my Mastercard withdrawal went through fine but IMO they really need to train their support team better. Unacceptable.
