wasn’t getting any response from support when i reached out, which was frustrating. the big bonuses were a nice perk, but the user feedback system needs a lot of work. tried logging out and back in, refreshing…nothing. despite the bonuses, it’s hard to enjoy when there’s no support. 4Kasino is legit, but they need to make support more responsive for a better experience.
