Lucys Casino customer support is a nightmare. I had a simple issue with my {{casino.name}} withdrawal pending, and it took ages to get any helpful response. They clearly don’t care about their users. The only upside, I guess, is their decent collection of video poker games, but that’s not enough to keep me around!
