support was pretty slow, which was kinda annoying, but the fair terms and conditions made up for it a bit. i mean, who doesn’t appreciate clear rules, right? The chat features though, not so great. Kept getting bounced around and it took forever to get a response. i guess it works in a pinch, but don’t rely on it if you need quick answers.
