For me, support here is great; that’s my clear stance on them. When I needed help at 3 AM, their support team will be available and ready to sort me out, which is why their help rocks. Locating the games I enjoy is a challenge, sadly, it’s hard to find games. I do think they can be faster in that regard, but I can’t complain about getting help when I need it.
