Customer support here is pretty terrible and they take forever to respond to basic questions. Been playing for a few months now and while the site is simple to navigate which i really appreciate, getting help when you need it is like pulling teeth. Deposited using Neosurf without any issues and the Play ‘N GO games run smoothly enough. The whole experience would be so much better if they actually staffed their support team properly because when you’re trying to figure out SilverPlay card game chances or any other game mechanics, you’re basically on your own. I’m gonna keep playing here because the layout works for me but they really gotta fix their customer service situation. It’s kinda frustrating when you have legitimate questions about gameplay or account issues and you’re left waiting hours for a response. They should hire more support staff and train them properly because right now it’s their biggest weakness. Would definitely recommend they prioritize improving their customer support response times and quality of assistance.
