After more than a week, the withdrawal still showed “Under Review.” Customer support repeatedly apologised but never provided a factual update, reason, or timeline. They say they are not part of finance team and cannot help further. When I pressed for details, my account was excluded and I lost access to my account.

I share this so others are aware of my experience before depositing in such casinos owned by Novaforge. Only deposit in casinos run or licensed by UK and Malta or other strict regulatory authorities.
