finding support whenever you need it is definitely one of the best parts, especially when you’re playing late and run into an issue. but wow, the software quality here could use a serious update; sometimes it feels like the platform is just slow and clunky, which can really break the flow of playing. also, the Cashiopeia locked withdrawal process didn’t exactly impress me—felt like it took way longer than I’d expect. i was able to deposit with Sofort, which was nice and easy, but overall, the whole system seems a bit underwhelming in terms of performance. on the bright side, the slots game Butterfly was really fun and kept me entertained, so that’s a plus! if they could just improve the overall platform quality, this place would be much better. even with the good support, the experience feels inconsistent. all in all, I’d say it’s worth a try if you can overlook the software issues.
