having helpful support is great, but the promotions didn’t really live up to expectations. they seemed enticing at first, but once you dig into the details, they turn out to be kinda misleading. that being said, the Bet2U payout process was smooth enough. i just wish the promos were as straightforward as the payouts. all in all, it’s an okay experience, but definitely has room for improvement.
