Ran into a problem with the minimum withdrawal limit being set too high, and it was really confusing at first. Reached out to support, and they were actually pretty helpful in explaining what was going on, though I wish there were more chat options. Finally got it sorted, but the limited chat features made it more frustrating than it needed to be. At least support was there to help, but they really need to improve that chat system.
