Getting support was a bit of a hassle when I needed it. The 500 Casino help worked, but it took a while to get what I needed. They do let you sort games super easily, which is such a win, but those emails keep coming nonstop. Tried withdrawing via Stellar and that worked fine, though. Fantasma games are pretty good too, so it wasn’t all bad.
