Really great customer support staff who actually help you out when you need assistance. Deposited with Interac and that went fine without any issues. EGT Interactive games are solid and entertaining. But then Betchan Casino transaction issues started popping up randomly during my sessions which was frustrating. Support team was super helpful though when problems arose. Really bothered by their lack of game fairness certification which makes you wonder about transparency. Makes you question things. Overall it’s decent but has some concerning gaps in their setup that worry me about long term play.
