it’s really hit or miss, i have mixed feelings, but here’s the story… i was looking for a place with fast cashouts, and i saw that HappySlots Casino comments were mostly positive… depositing with skrill was easy, but when i actually needed help, i was in trouble… i contacted customer support about a bonus issue and it was terrible… it took them forever to respond, and they didn’t even solve my problem at first… they didn’t even understand what i was asking, it was frustrating… so i remembered once i had a similar issue with another casino… it took them only a few minutes to sort it out… the agent there was very helpful and friendly, unlike here… eventually, they sorted it out after two days, but it shouldn’t take that long… anyway i was able to find a game i really liked and then i played for a while, i even managed to win a bit and i requested a withdrawal and the cashout was surprisingly fast, which i appreciated but i hope they improve their customer support though because it kind of ruined the experience… the fast cashouts saved them, to be honest… if they fix the support, this place could be really good and the rest is fine really… i’ll probably keep playing here, but i’m not expecting much from support.
