bitfiring customer support really needs some work. it works great on mobile, which is a huge plus, but there are too many problems with bonus withdrawal. tried playing Dragon Rising and while the game was fun, dealing with support was a headache. honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it just because of the support issues. they really need to step up their game in that department.
