i had some high hopes for the support team, especially with those big jackpots on the line. turns out, they were helpful but didn’t cover all the risk details I wanted to know, so I felt a bit in the dark on some things. on the upside, the jackpots were pretty exciting, and Playson games were awesome for variety! just wish there was clearer info about the risks before diving in. i’d probably rate it a decent 7/10 for now, still plenty of fun to be had.
