I like how simple the site looks on mobile; it’s real slick and easy to use. navigating customer support, though, can be tricky as I’m not sure if they’re always on the same page with you. plus, those promotional emails just keep rolling in, and they feel kinda spammy. overall, it works fine, but keeping things simpler would be even better.
