my overall impression of this site is mixed. customer support was decent but not outstanding. the fair terms and conditions are a plus, but the game loading times are painfully slow. I played Sevens High Ultra, and while the game was fun, the wait was frustrating. in summary, Lord Lucky customer support is fair, but the slow game loads can be a deal-breaker.
