starting off, I was happy with the consistent payouts, but customer support left a lot to be desired. Jackpot City Casino payouts were reliable, but dealing with low-quality support dampened the experience. at least Booongo’s games are always being updated, but they really need to improve their customer service if they want to keep people coming back.
