Pretty disappointed with my experience here so far. Terrible. The live games look crystal clear which is nice but Lex Casino scratch ticket payouts seem questionable based on what I’ve experienced personally. Disputed. Customer service hasn’t been helpful when I’ve had issues with winnings that should have been paid out properly. Hopefully they improve their dispute resolution process soon. Management needs to address these problems quickly. Better days ahead maybe.
