ugh, where do i even begin with rewards? it’s been a nightmare from day one. the brand looks awesome, but that’s where the good stuff ends. logging in is a colossal pain in the neck. they ask for verification every single time. it’s like they don’t trust their own users. and don’t get me started on the rewards program. it’s more complicated than rocket science. i’ve been playing Monopoly Hot Property, hoping to rack up some points. fat chance. the requirements are through the roof. you’d need to sell your soul to get anywhere. customer support? might as well be talking to a brick wall. response times are glacial. when they do reply, it’s usually unhelpful. i’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. maybe i’m missing something. but nope. it’s just consistently disappointing. at this point, i’m seriously considering jumping ship.
