Was withdrawing €100 from winshark but clearly thats to much for them to handle because in the verification process they ask me for a few months old card that is already closed and in the trash long ago. the funds from depositing with that card is long gone and ofcorse this casino has no problem taking money but other way around they give you hell..they keep asking me for picture of it even though i sent them the new i card i used for last deposit and passport and everything. i cant find transaction from this card in my homebank because i have new card now. long story short it was like talking to paper dealing with this support, i would not recommend this casino to my worst enemy, long wait and terrible support and terrible casino so i lost €100 just so i would not have to deal with them anymore.
