Been dealing with rizk verification for almost 2 weeks now and I’m FUMING! They wanted my passport (whatever), then utility bill (fine), but then had the nerve to reject my bank statement cos the logo wasn’t “clear enough”?? Had to screenshot my online banking THREE bloody times before they accepted it. Their site bangs on about “0-4 hours” for withdrawals but that’s only after verification which drags on forever. Anyone else notice they’re quick as lightning to verify deposits but withdrawals? Slow as molasses! 🙄 Just want my £350 winnings from last month’s blackjack sesh!
