here’s the scoop. the site looked easy to use and quick navigation made it a breeze to find stuff, but the customer service hours are all over the place. sometimes you get help, sometimes you don’t, and it’s like chasing two rabbits with one hand tied behind your back. i used Brite for my deposit and that was smooth, but when i needed support, it was hit or miss. if they could just get their service hours sorted, i’d be back in a flash. try another time.
