not gonna lie, pretty annoyed when my Sven-Play account locked for no reason. tried to cash out some winnings and boom, couldn’t get in. ecoPayz worked fine for deposits but then payment method problems started, which was super frustrating. slots game selection is cool and i actually got some great win rates, but what’s the point if you can’t get your money? customer service took forever to reply, LOL. i kept checking my email, nothing. tried live chat, BRB was all i got. most of my friends said they never had issues, so maybe i’m just unlucky. still, losing access to your account is a big deal. i really hope they fix these payment issues soon. if they do, i’d give it another shot. until then, i’m out.
