Luckywands should not be trusted. I registered here and deposited in good faith, they paid a few withdrawals and then I won a jackpot which took my balance to 13.500 pounds and had a withdrawal pending for 500 pounds. Straight away they changed my password so I couldn’t log in and ignored me. I put a complaint in with them and with casino guru and they ignored this also, only emailing me back to tell me I had broke their terms and conditions using a gambling method and I didn’t have a clue what they meant I had to google it, I got lucky and won a jackpot on a different game to what I was playing so how can I be using methods. This was all an excuse because they didn’t want to pay out. If I had done anything wrong they would contact me straight away not after I have put complaints in. I have reached out and reported them to the authorities as they have no licensing authority to whom you can complain.
