Luckywands can not be trusted I deposited here in good faith and won and a few of my withdrawals were paid out as the limit is 500 a time which was taking a week to process with my account fully verified. I had a balance of about 5000 and then would a jackpot which took my balance to 13,500 pounds and I had a pending withdrawal of 500 pounds. Within hours of winning the jackpot they changed my password so I couldn’t login and ignored me when I emailed and you cannot speak to anyone as there is no chat. I put a complaint in with casino guru who have them listed as very low yet I didn’t know this when I joined. They ignored casino guru as well and only emailed me after a few days saying I had used gambling methods that I have no idea of and had to google what they meant. If this was true they would have emailed me immediately and closed the account not change my password and ignore me until I complain. They have done nothing and they have no licensing authority so they can do what they want. They are fraudulent and shouldn’t be able to treat people how they are!
